Can I provide my own sneakers?

Yes, you can send us your own sneakers, provided they are new and can be shipped to our studio in Ludhiana, Punjab. If you don’t have a pair  – we can source it for you.

To maintain your kstm sneakers/ accessories , avoid machine washing and harsh cleaning agents. Gently clean with a damp cloth and store them in a cool, dry place.

Yes, we use best-quality paints and sealants to ensure your design is durable, water-resistant, and long-lasting.

How long does the customisation process take?

On average, it takes 2–4 weeks to complete a custom design, depending on the complexity of the artwork, availability of your desired size and our current workload.

Can I return/exchange my KSTM product?

No Return, No Exchange
All customised sneakers or accessories are made-to-order hence cannot be exchanged or returned. 
Please ensure correct sizing prior to ordering.
